Have you issued '$SA,ALL'? My sequence is: Initialize JES Issue $SA,ALL $TA,xxxx,T=TIME(+24 hrs),command.
BTW, The commands shown will issue the command *ONE* TIME. You will need to add an I= to repeat the commands. My commands are members of a parmlib and include a step to re-instate the automatic command at time+24 hrs.
