Actually, I think he CAN forget the commands ... usless he's actually
building the complete 3270 datastream: command, WCC, and data.  From
earlier postings it appears that he's just building the data.  A command
and WCC will be apended to the front of his data; that data will never be
mistaken for a command.  After all, Write (x'F1'), Write Structured Field
(x'F3'), Erase/Write (x'F5'), etc., aren't exactly rare in 3270 data
streams.   No confusion arises.
