I -think- he's using a different definition of "under" than you are, 
Wayne.

For example, the Region Control Task (RCT) is a jobstep task, and "under" 
it (subtask) is the initiator (also, iirc, a jobstep task), and "under" 
the initiator (subtask) is the user's jobstep task.
