 I would be rather surprised to seen anything lower than OS/390 2.10 
running
on a z890, z990, or z9 processor.  All of these machines implement a 
2-level 
Translation Lookaside Buffer, and OS/390 2.10 was the first release to 
correctly support a 2-level TLB.
