Something odd happened to IBM Link's Service Request (SR) in the last hour or so. The screen suddenly changed radically in appearance. Moreover, the process changed: instead of a 'Submit' button on the update screen, it now says 'Continue', which throws up another screen that asks how you want to be notified of subsequent updates. I logged completely out and then back with same result. Service Link itself looks the same.
Is this just me? . .
