J, Yes I realizes there are more time zones. I was trying to be brief unlike someone else. That is why I used etc. The tz's in Hawaii and Alaska and of course the Atlantic zone Newfoundland and the eastern caribbean area. I was not suggesting this be done worldwide but anyplace that wants to not deal with daylight savings time issue.
