There is no such thing. There are RACF userids which can do security work. They have attributes such as SPECIAL or AUDITOR set on the RACF id. They can do RACF functions, but that is based on those attributes as well as the proper PERMITs to specific RACF profiles in various classes. Or perhaps I misunderstand what you are meaning by "security group". RACF has security labels. It also has GROUPS. But I don't know of any way for a regular user to do some sort of report to show them what authorities they have. It should be documented somewhere what you are allowed to do and how to do it. If it isn't, and needs to be, then talk to your manager. If you're just going on a fishing expedition to see what you can "mess around" with, then I wouldn't talk to management about it. They might not react favorably.
