Lizette: Thanks, I thought it was these 61 yr old eyes...lol. I zoomed IE9 up to like 200+ % ..to read the TOC of the manual on the right panel of the page...

So not you, it is IBM. But I am not sure how to correct it. Or where a case could be opened.
