???  Are you expecting anything different from what's available
electronically at, e.g.:

    ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/s390/holddata/month.txt

(which contains _no_ ++HOLD ... SYSTEM.)

It would be even better, of course, if affected customers could be
notified proactively.  But this returns us to the question, "Whom
to notify?"
