Agreed 100%, please enjoy all the many years ahead. Speaking for myself,
I'm totally confident that staff that's taking over will provide the
excellent service we've enjoyed all these years.
Our list is losing another in that rare category of "thread killer" whose
response to us finishes the discussion.
