Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain (ISPF 3.4)
who would tell us that HFS has DSORG=PO.  I recognize that
as a fiction.  They had to have some value for DSORG, and
didn't care to invent a new one.  In fact, calling PDSE
DSORG=PO quite violated any prior notion of DSORG, but to
do otherwise would have broken too many things.
