An alternative to calling DAIRFAIL after the fact is to code a
SVC99 RB extension like mentioned here:

http://bama.ua.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A2=ind9903&L=ibm-main&P=R43588&I=1

Some WTOs will be printed in the job log with a IKJ message
prefix to explain the error. YMMV but I've seen that sometimes
the IKJ messages aren't terribly helpful and can be downright
confusing.

You really need a S99RBX any time SMS might be involved in
DYNALLOC because of the additonal error fields there with
extended information on the problem.
