If it can be resolved then why do you need the BYPASS?

NO! Read and take to heart Skip Rovinson's message. If anything, he
has understated the case.

It's not the HOLDDATA that you need to clean up, it's your system. If
there is an unresolved PE on service that you don't absolutely
require, don't install that service.
