Placed an order for RSU maintenance for CICS about an hour ago. When I now
look at the order, it shows that "xxx MB delivered via Internet"; but Order
Status still shows as "Manufacturing" (i.e., I can't yet download the
order). Another thing that struck me as odd was that its previous status
was "Final Packaging". Seems to me that "Manufacturing" should precede
"Final Packaging"....
Anybody else encountered this inordinate slowness since IBM rolled out
ShopzSeries 10.0 earlier this week?
