I can't get FTP to use 'local' time instead of GMT...I ran with the
following and still got GMT. What am I doing wrong?
FTPD EXEC PGM=FTP,REGION=4096K,TIME=NOLIMIT,
PARM=('POSIX(ON) ALL31(ON)',
'ENVAR("RESOLVER_CONFIG=//''TCPIP.SEZAINST(TCPDATA)''"',
'"TZ=EST5EDT")/(TIMEOUT 20')
ALso ran with TZ=EST with same result.
