No, not yet.
There is the concept of control/non-control storage.
CF-Speak for Central/Expanded.
I don't believe IBM has come out with 64-bit CF's, yet.
If they have, I missed the announcement.
Also, the mode you are using in z/OS is independent of the mode you use
in the CF.
