Just looking for confirmation on someone else's system.
On our z/OS 1.5 and 1.7 systems, the command:
allocate dd(SYSUT2) space(305251) avblock(32760) +
dsorg(PO) dsntype(LIBRARY)
Hangs my TSO session. I can't get out of it with ATTN
(Just get repeated "|").
Yes, I know the values are outrageous; I fell into this
in a runaway loop. Yet, I think I deserve a failure
with an error message and a return code<>0, not just a
session in a persistent vegetative state.
