Hi, We have been using a VTS shared by 2 monoplexes for years with no problems at all, but we had VOLCAT and Tape Management package shared too.
I think that share a VTS among 2 SYSPLEXes is the same thing. Take a look at GRS definition of VTS VOLCAT, excluding it, define CBRUXENT to accept new logical volumes from any system. The only concern is with Tape Management package because a logical tape recorded by PLEX1 will not be considered protected by PLEX2 or PLEX3, but this logical tape can be accessed by any of these systems, no matter if still in cache or already in real tape.
