'PUT level' has been rendered obsolete by RSU. A given PTF may take quite a
while to make the RSU list, or if it's HIPER, it will show up immediately
in the next RSU order. As others have suggested, you can scan a listing of
PTFs installed in your target zone and eyeball the latest ones, but the
answer in my view is so vague as to be near meaningless.

For years now--even before RSU--when a support person has asked me in a PMR
about PUT level, I respond, 'Name some elements and I'll tell you the exact
PTF level of each one'. Any other answer is at best a lead-in to the
question I'd rather get in the first place: where are the prime suspects
now? It's actually been quite a while since I got the 'PUT level' question.
I think we've moved on.
