I needed access to a scratched tape for testing.   I found it in TMS
and the tape guy unscratched it and gave it a new expiration date.

I went to TSO and tried to catalog it or to even see it, but failed.
Volume not available.

The tape guy is baffled.


So I ran an IEFBR14 to catalog it:
