I doubt I could suggest anything you haven't already checked, but two
questions I haven't seen raised yet are (1) did you IPL between when it
worked and when it "broke", and (2) was something cold-started that you
"normally" warm-start between when it worked and when it "broke"? (might
have been a forgotten dynamic change that didn't get propagated to a
PARMLIB or equivalent.)
