What? People who believe that CICS, DB2, IMS, IDMS, JCL and IBM
Utilities are programming languages? Considering the number of
advertisements that I've seen that applied the term "systems
programmer" when what they were looking for was an applications
programmer or a systems analyst, I'm not surprised. People[1] sling
buzz words around without the vaguest conception of what they mean.
[1] Some of whom call themselves systems programmers :-(
