That reminds me OS/2 4 and Windows 3.1.
Did the best technology won ?
Other examples: DEC and Compaq, BeOS, Netscape browser.
Maybe it is not enough to say that ?
Maybe the best technology not necessarily wins, there are other things 
to do except the technology ?
