Yes, that's how I read the question too, but perhaps the original poster
can clarify. I took the question to mean, "What should we be using
{Application Performance Analyzer, Strobe, InTune, SmartTune} for, and
when?"
I'd also be curious whether the original poster has used any of these
tools previously as part of their development process. That would
probably help aim any answers in the best direction.
