And how do I handle the case of going to a disaster site where I don't
know the LIBRARY ID in advance? I.e. another major disaster occurs in
the U.S. and our primary site, which I have set up, is already in use?
We normally go to Philadelphia, PA now. What if we get redirected to
OUTHOUSE, AR? The LIBRARY ID of the machine there will NOT be what is in
my IODF/ISMF configuration. I must have documentation or I will get
screamed at!

Oh, and I do have an alternate IODF for the Philly site. But I cannot
have a different IODF/ISMF configuration for every possible combination
of setups.
