Can't be just one, that person may be on vacation, sick, etc. 2) Who will look at that notify message at 3:00 am when it fails and impacts something like an online application that must be avialable at 7:00 am to meet SLA's? 3) At 8:00 am when people in that group come in and logon to TSO and 100 notify mesages fly by, who will notice the one that had the bad return code.
