I don't know of one that covers them all...and if there were one,
that would be *quite* a diagram! We document a thousand or so of
them in the five volumes of the z/OS MVS Data Areas books on the
z/OS R7 bookshelf at:

...but trying to see the forest by looking at all the twigs will
be difficult. I think it would probably be helpful to reduce the
scope here. What are you trying to find out? Can you formulate
questions that are more specific?
