Willie, Online reorgs could be (not would be) a help.
And yes - for the reorgs no programming is required. I.e. in a strict sense. It does take some development work and a lot of planning (probably). Unless you already are a user of on-line reorgs, templates and listdefs, you'll have to set up JCL to run your reorgs using these facilities. You may wnat to inquire on DB2-L.
