This was found on a page with the following URL:

or by its more popular name.. TCPAccess.. (aka CA or Interlink). "Cisco
IOS for S/390" was the name given to TCPacesss a few years back
(probably nearly 10..) when Interlink & Cisco had some sort of joint
agreement. This was before it became part of Sterling, then CA
