My best guess is that you cannot do the name change.

A vendor supplied ISPF application will expect the names it was shipped
with.  You can rename the original panel from A to AX and then rename your
modified panel from AZ to A.  Then most of the process should work.

I have not installed FILEAID for DB2 in a long time, but I would guess that
a TSO Command processor is involved and that it knows what panels are going
to be called.  

You could also contact the vendor and ask them how to reconfigure the
process.
