Actually it's Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for z/OS.  Tivoli Operations 
Planning and Control (OPC) was withdrawn in 2001, replaced with TWS.

With respect to competition, and assuming CA's acquisition, my possibly 
too brief search shows 8 companies (including IBM) with products in this 
category.  The others are, in alphabetical order, ASG, BMC, CA, Exspans, 
Mantissa, SEA, and UC4.  I like IBM's. :-)
