Jorge, I recommend you read the installation and customization manual for AUTOOPER. In there you will probably find a section that discusses the advantages and disadvantages of running AUTOOPER under SUB=MSTR as opposed to a "normal" started task after JES2 has started. This section should include a list of things that you can not do with AUTOOPER while it runs under SUB=MSTR. I suspect that the process or command you are trying to do will be listed there as "can not do". Please discuss your problem with the software vendor and listen to their recommendations.
To recap, an abend S013-C8 means that you can not allocate / open a SYSOUT file while under SUB=MSTR. So, it's not a logic error. It's a limitation.
