The project managers and their slaves (all with real lives and real jobs outside of their SHARE volunteer work) have been busting parts of their anatomy getting the session schedules finalized by deadline. Having that schedule is a prereq for some people's justifying their attendance. May seems pretty reasonable to me considering what goes on before hand.
