According to the manual each SMS candidate (or just secondary) volume
takes additional 4 bytes in the TIOT, so default TIOT of 32kB can hold
129 multi-vol (multi=59) DD's.
However the manual does not mention DVC. Do "DVC candidate volumes" take
4 bytes as well ?
Is it documented anywhere ?
