This is a topic that comes up perriodically. Is there an IBM-MAIN FAQ?

Basically, the APAR number in service is not the real APAR number, but
rather a number tied to a specific release. Typically IBM will replace
a leading O with A, B, C, etc., but there are other cases. Try
searching for OA09560.
