The gent who pointed me to the GNU license specifies "GPL VERSION 2 ONLY" as he is not comfortable with "or future versions" clause. If Clem is to release his source code into "our" custody (thanks Sam and Sam), then he needs to select an appropriate license, disclaimer, etc...
