Parallel sysplex is not required. PDSESHARING(EXTENDED) requires only
base sysplex. However, all member systems must have identical settings.
Is it handeled differently under VM/LPAR mode. LPAR is
our eventual environment.
You should be able to simulate base sysplex under z/VM.
