Shmuel and Mike,
Whenever the advice is given to run a VTAM buffer trace, I try to jump in
and suggest using the NetView Session Monitor trace with option CPIU
("complete PIU"). This is so, so much easier that messing about with GTF.
Of course, I have to supply the proviso that it only works when you are
doing it for yourself or for someone within your own organisation. If you
need to persuade CA of the possible error of their ways, you'll have to
provide the information the hard way.
