I was able to eliminate the IEF170I on STCs by setting the MCSFLAG field in IEEACTRT to the following:
MCSFLAG DC B'1000000000000000' * 0123456789ABCDEF The WTO now goes to our consoles and to hardcopy since our hardcopy is defined as ROUTCODE(ALL) in our CONSOLXX member. Thanks for the help.
