I don't fully understand your question, but if you have the LE run-time, that means you will be able to run OS/VS COBOL, VS COBOL II, *and* LE-conforming COBOL.
If you have the VS COBOL II run-time, you will NOT be able to run Enterprise COBOL compiled programs.
