A few quibbles with Chris Craddock's post, which I mostly agree with:
If the LSEXPAND macro is coded, as in
| LSEXPAND normal=N,recovery=r
then
97 <= N <= 16000
and
25 <= R <= 4000
must obtain. The default values in the absence of an LSEXPAND macro
instruction (or if the corresponding keyword parameter is omitted from an
LSEXPAND macro instruction) are
o normal=96 (sic) and/or
o recovery=24.
Note well that you cannot issue an LSEXPAND macro AFTER a stack-full
interruption occurs; note also that you cannot use an LSEXPAND macro to
reduce a current stack size/stack-frame count, either a default one or one
specified in a predecessor LSEXPAND macro instruction; and note finally that
you must be unlocked and in task mode when you issue an LSEXPAND macro
instruction.
