Both the freeware and commercial versions of MXI can show :
(1) Aux storage slots and real frames by ASID ("RS" command)
(2) Orphaned common storage by jobname ("CSR" command)
(3) Orphaned common storage by block ("GQE" command)
(4) Non-reusable address spaces ("MDQ" command) and the reason why they
are on the memory delete queue.

Subject: Holders of LOCAL Page Dataset Slots
Is there a program available to identify the number of LOCAL page slots
held or orphaned by jobname?
I understand that orphaned slots would not be associated with active
tasks, but their identity would be helpful to know.
We are running z/OS 1.5.
Thanks,
