Create and activate a new linklist set, modeled on the old one. New
address spaces will pick up the new extents. You can update the
linklist used by existing address spaces, but I'd advise against it.
I don't see a secondary extent in the output that you included in your
message, so why are you gun shy about doing the REFRESH?
