I think "MQOPEN" would be the command.
You might want to check if you are getting any RACF messages.

Subject: MQCC=2 MQRC=2085
We are z/OS V1R4 and MQ Series V5.3. I recently installed command
security and we are know receiving this message:
CSQN207I +MQM92 COMMAND SERVER UNABLE TO OPEN REPLY TO QUEUE
CSQN203I +MQM92 QUEUE IR360.RESP.BEC5D8742D363F00, MQCC=2 MQRC=2085
If we turn command security off it works. Which command would effect
this OPEN.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You
