Hmmm... maybe its the wrong question to ask but *WHY* would you ever
create dump tapes with BLP??
I just can't come up for any reason to do so.
This is DR and everything, IMO should be standard label and have a
restore JCL using the data set name it was created with. DR is not a
time to play russian roulette.
