Seriously, folks, it does more good and really takes less work on
everyone's part to address comments about the books to mhvrcfs
than to post them here--or at least copy mhvrcfs on the posts if
you really want the info to be posted here as well (which might
be true in this case, if Gil's asking a question rather than just
commenting about the book).
