service? I know specifically of one that they closed the phone lines
at 5PM. You cannot reach them until the next day.
Now granted they are reasonably new to the MF world(5 or so years)
they also charge per cpu serial number. But still paying major $$ (50K
+) for their reasonably simple product you would expect first class
support, but you get the PC world support.
