Hello, I noticed that some SMF 15 records were lacking SMS info (SMF15DCN, SMF15SCN and SMF15MCN). After some investigation, this seems to be true for temporary datasets. From IGD messages I know the datasets have a mgmtclas, storclas and dataclas assigned, but this is not reflected in the SMF15 fields. One application that seems to open and close its temporary dataset several times has SMS info recorded in the SMF15 records of Open #2 thru n, not for Open #1, so the problem seems to exist for the first open of temporary datasets.
I can't find anything on this in IBM. Is this as designed and is it documented somewhere or is it just a bug?
