The D TCPIP command doesn't support all options of the NETSTAT command, for
instance it doesn't support D TCPIP,,NETSTAT,TELNET (certainly not in z/OS
1.4).  As well as the other suggestions, you could always run it in batch
and browse the output in SDSF.
