Can anyone assist with the configuration settings (either software or hardware) to enable banner pages on the 6500. We require the JES banner page to print with the associated job number etc.
The printer is currently configured in InfoPrint server printer inventory on a Z/Os operating system. The banner page option has been turned on in the printer inventory and the JES parms have been set to print the banner page. The printer is attached TCP/IP on an ethernet LAN. This is not an AFP printer. The only banner page we have been able to print has been the printer banner page, which does not contain the necessary host information that we require for distribution purposes. Do we need to invoke an exit?
